These tasks await you
- You will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the bank's information security strategy, policies and standards
- You work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify, assess and minimize security risks
- You are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as industry best practices.
What you can inspire us with
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, IT-security or a comparable qualification
- You have at least three years of professional experience as a CISO or in a comparable position in a bank or other financial institution
- You have good knowledge and experience in the areas of IT security management, IT risk management, IT auditing, IT governance, IT compliance and data protection
- You have experience in leading and developing teams and in communicating with various stakeholders at all levels
- You have strong analytical, conceptual and strategic skills as well as a high degree of initiative, a sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented approach
- You are familiar with common security standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, ITIL, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, etc.
- You have a good command of written and spoken English
